Refunds & Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately. Once the product has shipped you will not be able to cancel your order.
Refunds are handled on a cases by case basis. While we like to think that every product we manufacture is flawless we realize that the occasional lemon can sneak out. Pour Labs is not responsible for normal wear and tear or scratches on your tag. But, if your tag is not functioning properly please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the situation to achieve customer satisfaction to the best of our abilities. If we determine that a refund is the best action to resolve the issue, the refund will not be processed until the product in question is received by Pour Labs. Once the product inn question is received Pour Labs will process the refund in 1 - 3 days after receipt of product in question.
